BENEFITS OF SPONSORSHIP

There are four levels of support for Sponsors.  Descriptions and benefits of sponsorship are listed below:

Major Sponsors

• Annual Contribution -- $5,000 or more
• Link and listing on our website.
• Recognition in fliers and posters.
• Recognition in email and mail correspondence with students and prospective students.
• Recognition in banners and posters displayed at our booths before and at the retreat.
• Meals for two sponsor representatives on Sunday evening and admission to all concerts.
• Selection to serve as a member of the judges panel that will judge the Singers Scramble and Texas Tune Tussle Contests.
• Recognition announcements during the retreat concerts.
• Exhibit space during the event.
• Cross marketing promotional opportunities (e.g., distribute fliers, place signage in designated areas, etc.)
• Two retreat t-shirts and two each of all the commemorative items normally given our staff and students.
• Framed copy of the retreat flier or poster.

Key Sponsors

• Listing on our website.
• Recognition in email and mail correspondence with students and prospective students.
• Recognition in banners and posters displayed at our booths before and at the retreat.
• Meals for two sponsor representatives on Sunday evening and admission to all concerts.

• Two retreat t-shirts and two each of all the commemorative items normally given our staff and students.
• Framed copy of the retreat flier or poster.

Retreat Partners

• Annual Contribution -- $100 up to $1,000
• Listing on our website.
• Recognition in a poster or banner at our booth at the retreat.
• One retreat t-shirt.
