PAYMENT POLICIES
Please read the following very carefully. Your reservations and refund options are dependent on following this policy. This policy is necessary to provide registrants as much flexibility as possible, while meeting our commitments to Camp Hoblitzelle and other registrants. Some lodging and class choices will sell out, so we encourage you to register early. Thanks!
- Upon registering, we encourage you to pay all fees that are due OR, at a minimum --
- you must pay the full cost of your reserved lodging OR
- a $75.00 down payment whichever is greater.
NOTE: Please understand that most camps require full payment of fees at the time of registration. We accept partial payment with the conditions below.
- At least the above minimum fees are due when registering online. If using PayPal, pay immediately. If sending a check by mail, it must be received within one week of online registration. Delayed payment may result in the cancellation of your reservations.
- We must receive final payment of your account balance by Sunday, September 25th unless you enroll after that date. Delayed payment may result in the cancellation of your reservations.
- We recommend that you make your payments using the PayPal link provided within your online account. If you decide to mail a check, please send payment to arrive no later than the deadline above to O'Flaherty Irish Music Retreat, 1320 Navaho Trail, Richardson, TX 75080. Please do not send cash.
- If paying by PayPal, you will get immediate payment confirmation from PayPal. Your account is considered paid at that time. However, allow one week to see your payment reflected in your account balance since the registrar must manually update your account.
- Refunds --
- Lodging will be refunded if cancelled by Sunday, September 25th. After that, refunds for lodging reservations less a 10% administrative fee will be given ONLY IF the lodging is re-rented to someone else.
- Tuition and meals will be refunded if cancelled by Friday, October 14th.
- If payment was made with PayPal, the PayPal fees charged to the retreat will be subtracted from any refund.
- Online registration will end on Friday, October 14th. Please contact our retreat office at (972) 798-7890 for instructions on how to register and pay after then up until the retreat begins.
- Accounts of students whose checks are returned will be charged a $15 service fee.
