LODGING

PLEASE NOTE: We have not received the final pricing for lodging from Camp Hoblitzelle so the prices below may change by the time online enrollment begins.

TENT CAMPING
If you prefer a more outdoor setting, tent camping is available for $15 per night per family campsite (up to three tents, one family) in the "Fort" next to the lake. It's a wonderful place to camp and there are sinks and bathrooms available, but no showers or electricity. You are welcomed to shower in the Conservatory dorms. Small BBQs are permitted if there is no fire ban. You may camp on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday night (Oct. 28-31).

RVs
For those who would like to stay in their RVs at the retreat, the rate is $20 per night and the price includes electrical and water hookups. Unfortunately, there is no dump station. You may park in the RV area on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday night (Oct. 28-31).

DORMS
We will have two dormitories available this year located next to the Music Conservatory. These are not dorm rooms but a number of beds placed in an open area. Males on the left side (called "Mens Dorm") and females on the right side (called "Womens Dorm"). Each dorm has separate bathroom and shower facilities. The rate is $20 per person per night. Additionally, there are two counselor rooms with twin beds in each dorm with a shared private bathroom between the counselor rooms with a rate of $50 per night. Youth under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. The beds are twin size and you are required to bring your own bed linen and/or sleeping bags, pillows, and towels. Dorm beds and the counselor rooms may be reserved for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday night (Oct. 28-31).

PONDEROSA and HIGH CHAPARRAL LODGES
Two of our teaching facilities have four rooms each containing three twin beds and one bunkbed (twin up and down). The bathrooms and showers are public so we have assigned the Ponderosa for females only and the Chapparral for males only. The room rate is $60 per night (3 night minimum). You are required to bring your own bed linen and/or sleeping bags, pillows, and towels. Lodge rooms may be reserved for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday night (Oct. 28-31). Minimum three-night reservation required.

MOTEL ROOMS
We have two motel complexes on the grounds available to our students -- the Barn and the Alamo. Each room can accommodate more than one person, so it makes good sense to try and find a roommate to split your costs.

• The Barn
  This complex is the motel closest to the Music Conservatory where many of the classes will be held. Each room has two twin beds and private baths. Linens, pillows and towels are provided. There is a large meeting room, a kitchen and a laundry room. The room rate is $80 per night. Minimum three-night reservation required. • The Alamo
  This complex is across from the dining hall and a great facility for families. Each room has two full beds and one twin and private baths. Linens, pillows and towels are provided. There is a large meeting room and a kitchen. The room rate is $90 per night. Minimum three-night reservation required.   This complex is five minutes from the Camp off FM875. The building houses six rooms each with a particular theme. Five of the rooms have queen-size beds and one has two twins. Each has full bathrooms with showers. The room rate is $80 per night. Minimum three-night reservation required. Rooms may be reserved for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday night (Oct. 28-31). COTTAGES
If you are looking for privacy and comfort, we have seven cottages located throughout the grounds but close to the class buildings. These are wonderfully decorated and are perfect for families or small groups. Each cottage has two bedrooms with one queen-size bed and two twin beds, kitchens and living room areas with TVs. The rate is $175 per night for the regular-sized cottages and $225 for the Red Brick cottage (our largest and most luxurious -- SEE NEXT SECTION). Minimum three-night reservation required. Cottages may be reserved for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday night (Oct. 28-31). RED BRICK COTTAGE
Our most comfortable and beautiful lodging is the Red Brick Cottage. Like all of our cottages, the Red Brick has two bedrooms with one queen-size bed and two twin beds. The difference is the expanded kitchen with a dining area and a larger living room area with TV. The master bedroom is spacious with a view of the lake. Finally, there is a large deck surrounging the front of the cottage overlooking the lake. The rate is $225 per night with a minimum three-night reservation required. It can be reserved for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday night (Oct. 28-31).
