Russ Alvey is a recording and sound engineer specializing in acoustic music. He has also played guitar for more than 30 years from rock to folk, ol' timey to Irish. He has played with the New Dallas String Band, Tinker's Dam, Malarky and currently plays with the Trinity Hall Session Players. Along with Travis Ener, Russ has run sound at the main stage at the North Texas Irish Festival for many years.
